Pardon the delay, please! I should have done this two months ago! Glen Ahrens and Perfection Auto Body in Harvard is absolutely THE place to call for your auto body needs. My vehicle was damaged in the parking lot at work by a crew with a long bed trailer. For 5 days the insurance company dragged their feet. Finally I got fed up and called Crash Champions. The man who took my call could care less about my situation and told me as much. He would not even look at my car for two weeks and he sure didn't have a way to tow it from Richmond to Harvard. I hung up and immediately dialed Perfection on the advice of my son in law. Glen from PAB immediately got in his wrecker and picked up my vehicle in less than 30 minutes (on a Thursday afternoon and in a rain storm)! He gave me a full estimate and even contacted the adjuster for me. My car was finished and looking BETTER than before thanks to Glen and his staff. Thank you, sir, we will meet again!
